The displacement sensor consists of three parts: object contact device, displacement digitization conversion device, and digital signal transmission device. Object contact device: directly physically contacts the object and continuously changes the state of the internal component that records object displacement based on the object's physical position; Displacement digitization conversion device: acquires the displacement state recording component information from the object contact device and converts it into a digital signal; Digital signal transmission device: acquires the digital signal from the displacement digitization conversion device, calculates and derives the physical quantity of object displacement, and transmits the displacement physical quantity data according to the interface protocol.

Data acquisition: collects data transmitted by the vibration sensor and displacement sensor separately; Data calculation: performs real-time calculation and analysis based on the data collected by the data acquisition part, including hammer blow count, hammer blow displacement, and related dynamic monitoring; Data output: realizes real-time dynamic display of the analysis results from the data calculation part, such as dynamic lists and dynamic charts.
